New Riders of the Purple Sage live at the Fillmore West, 2nd July 1971. Closely allied to the Grateful Dead, this legendary cosmic country band got together in San Francisco in 1971. Broadcast on KBFH-FM this superb live set finds them tackling a range of material from their forthcoming debut album, with prominent assistance from Jerry Garcia on pedal steel guitar.
